Before deciding to follow his passion for real estate by getting his real estate license, Rich Moran spent fifteen years at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He was a broker in the interest rate quadrant of the trading floor and developed a very good understanding of the world of finance. Rich earned a B.A. in Economics from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is a native New Yorker, but has lived in Chicago for thirty years. His home is in Wicker Park.
