As a Senior Researcher at iSearch Recruiting and Executive Search, I help clients find and hire the best talent in the market. I have over 10 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, and I use my skills in sales, lead generation, and digital marketing to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and employers across various industries and sectors. I am also a certified and A-lister-trained copywriter who creates email sales funnels and sales pages that drive high conversions in some of the most competitive markets imaginable (including the cutthroat recruiting industry). In order to keep my skills up-to-date, I completed the Copy Posse Launch Pad Season 4 (the founder was voted Digital Marketer of the Year in 2022), an online training program that teaches how to write effective and persuasive copy for different types of marketing campaigns and platforms. I apply my copywriting skills to generate leads and conversions for iSearch, as well as for my own personal projects.
