Rich Samit is a principal in two real estate businesses in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He is the Founder and CEO of Potomac, Maryland based Fraser Forbes Real Estate Services, an award-winning industry leader in the Washington DC region. Samit has been responsible for building the firm into one of the Mid-Atlantic’s leading real estate companies in the land services space with specialization in sales, financing, management and advisory services. Since its founding in 1995, Fraser Forbes has sold in excess of $6 billion in development sites, including over 700 separate projects encompassing over residential lots and over square feet of commercial development. The second company Samit is involved in is as the Managing Member of S&W Investments, LLC, a Potomac, Maryland based private utility company he Co-founded with a partner in 2007. The firm acquires and manages the rights to water and sewer front foot benefits charges from various sellers. The company is primarily involved in various Maryland Counties and works with some of the best known builders and developers of major housing projects as it continues to aggressively grow its business.
