As the Director of Talent and Culture at PGA TOUR, I oversee the strategic and operational aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, wellness programs, and community outreach. I have more than 20 years of experience in the HR and staffing industry, and I hold the SHRM-SCP credential, which demonstrates my proficiency in HR best practices and policies. I am passionate about creating a diverse, inclusive, and engaging work environment for our employees, who are the driving force behind our mission to deliver the best golf experience in the world. I partner with senior management and stakeholders to align our HR initiatives with our organizational goals and values. I also leverage my expertise in recruiting and wellness programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent, and to foster a culture of health and well-being.
