Richa Awasthy, Ph. D Dr. Richa Awasthy is a university rank holder in Applied Psychology (Graduate) and Post Graduate in Psychology (Specialization Organizational Behaviour) from Delhi University. Her Ph.D. is on ‘the Indian employees’ perception of transplanted organizational practices of MNCs operating in India". She is working since 1997 and has an experience in research, consultancy and teaching. She teach Organizational Behaviour I and II and Qualitative research paper in Fellow Program. She looks after students' internship with NGOs and has interest in development sector. She has done a case study on Bank of Baroda to understand its transformation and a case study on development sector to understand the growth challenges faced by an NGO. Her current interests are cross-cultural studies, intercultural relations, Organizational cultre, organizational diagnosis, Learning Organizations. She has conducted studies in these areas in government & private sectors and MNCs. She has published several papers in national and international journals, such as, Learning Organization, The; International Journal Of Indian Culture and Business Management, Asian Case Research Journal and so on.
