Ensured prompt collection of receivables while effectively managing vendor payments. Executed strategic planning to align working capital needs with business forecasts and the bright spot in past couple of years have been to turn around working capital positively and reducing DSO to almost half of the earlier levels. Championed CSR Initiatives, spearheaded Steelcase's "Everybody Can Change By Design"(EBCD) program, successfully conducting design thinking workshops for over children in government schools, fostering creativity & problem-solving skills among young minds.
