About Richa Bora

Communications Head for a BFSI/Valuation SaaS group, managing brand and messaging across platforms (Evalo, Titlo, 5gx) focused on digitizing valuation, title opinions, and collateral management workflows. A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (KPMG), I bring over 18 years of experience across SaaS, banking, telecom, networking, and e-commerce, blending operational depth with strategic communication. In previous corporate roles, I’ve led large-scale process re-engineering, driven quality and service delivery improvements, and identified automation (RPA) opportunities. I’ve managed stakeholder communications across complex environments and governed cross-functional initiatives end-to-end. My strength lies in translating technical, data-heavy subjects into precise, credible messaging for BFSI, NBFC, and regulatory audiences. I architect content strategies—spanning pitch decks, GTM narratives, and investor briefs—that support business growth, shape perception, and drive decision-making. As a ghostwriter, I’ve authored 50+ blogs, many featured in the monthlies of respected institutions. On the creative side, I’m hands-on with Canva, WordPress, and Shopify, and explore Adobe Premiere Pro as a personal interest.
