As the Associate Vice President of Human Resources (AVP HR) at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), I have over seven years of experience in leading the HR functions of one of the world's largest banks. I hold a master's degree in HR management from Centennial College and a master's degree in international business management from the University of Manchester. My core competencies include hiring, strategic human resource planning, payroll, and other HR-related areas. I have successfully hired, trained, and retained diverse and talented employees across multiple regions and countries, while aligning the HR strategies with the business goals and values of ICBC. I have also implemented effective payroll and compensation systems, ensuring compliance and fairness for all staff members. I am motivated by the mission of ICBC to provide high-quality financial services to customers and communities, and to contribute to the sustainable development of the global economy.
