With over 13 years of experience in risk management, business development, service marketing, and supply chain management, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who thrives in challenging and dynamic environments. I have successfully applied my skills and knowledge in various sectors, including lubes, gases, and automotive, working with leading MNCs such as ExxonMobil, Nissan, Yamaha, and Air Liquide. Currently, as a Risk and Control Advisor at ExxonMobil, I assess, evaluate, calibrate, manage, and mitigate various business risks, such as financial, brand reputation, compliance, and operational risks. I also support the business growth by establishing and quantifying the organization's risk appetite, reporting risk to different stakeholders, conducting process compliance, and liaising with internal and external auditors. Additionally, I leverage my expertise in business analytics and intelligence, acquired from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and marketing analytics and customer valuation, acquired from the Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur, to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strong sales pipelines, and implement service marketing programs.
