About Richa Malhotra

My passion is driving customer-oriented innovations while considering strategic aspects. I do this by combining my strong skills in technology and business management. I am results-oriented and a very determined person. I love bringing people from different perspectives together and leading them towards a (customer) focused goal. I do this by showing empathy, asking insightful questions and taking a stand. As a consultant/senior project lead, I am experienced in tackling challenging organizational questions. I love bringing order in a chaotic situation and dealing with vague questions where the underlying problem is not clear. I do this by utilizing excellent communication, influencing and relationship skills towards various stakeholders and C-level executives. As a people manager, I prioritize creating and maintaining a psychologically safe environment. I value open and honest communication and feedback. I focus on supporting the employees in their development as well as in difficult situations. I strive to strike a balance between organizational goals and needs as well as the personal ambitions of my team members.
