As a Human resource professional, I know how important my role in regards to business success. With over around 6 years' of experience, I am adept at enhancing the employee experience and developing positive workplace cultures. Since 2019, I have been employed in HR management for one of the best companies of the globe and currently working with a Fortune 500 company. During course of my career, I have gained the breadth of detailed knowledge in domestic and international Human resource. This includes two stints with 2 different companies as an HR Generalist and HR Executive. Started my career with managing 16+ Payroll vendors and leading team of 12 recruiters for PAN India. With my second company I worked closely with UK employees and payroll team, took care of complete life cycle of employees.
