Being a school leader was an obvious choice. Turning into one was not. A consistent requirement has been a readiness to learn continuously while maximizing every opportunity for the school's advancement. This includes being productive both inside and outside of the classroom, designing and maintaining current school systems, expanding the boundaries of academic excellence while maintaining a balance with human excellence, cohesively uniting all stakeholders behind a shared inspiring vision, and simultaneously fixing, restructuring, and reconstructing without pausing. Along with these things, it has involved counseling, sharing, and spending time in the sun, rain, and wind with my colleagues and students as an academician. For twenty-five years, I have cheerfully done it, and the satisfaction is indescribable. A strong bond was established between self-assured pupils and capable staff members. As an experienced English specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the education industry. Skilled in Curriculum Development, Soft Skills, Literary Activities, Editing, etc. I am a person who is confident, dynamic, and extremely enthusiastic to adapt to the paradigm shift in the teaching-learning process. My exposure to working in all the top prestigious organizations across North India allows me to create, contribute, and act as a catalyst in upscaling a growing organization with the help of my skill set, learnings, and academic experience. My 'go-getter' attitude gives me a lot of energy and zeal to perform to the best of my potential. Education should always be value-based and vocational so that the learners grow holistically with professional skill sets and good values.
