I am currently working as a Senior HR Executive at Ebix Technologies Ltd, where I manage both recruitment and generalist HR functions. With over 7 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, and customer service, I bring a versatile and people-centric approach to human resources. In addition to my corporate role, I have been practicing as an independent Counseling Psychologist, Therapist, and NLP Practitioner for the past three years. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals seeking psychological counseling for issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My focus has always been on supporting clients in navigating their difficulties and helping them find meaningful, sustainable solutions. I am also deeply passionate about career counseling, believing that the right career choice plays a crucial role in personal fulfillment. I assist clients in identifying their strengths and interests, and guide them toward aligning these with suitable career paths. This has enabled many of them to make informed, confident decisions about their professional lives. Academically, I hold an MBA in Human Resources and an MA in Psychology, which together give me a strong foundation in both organizational behavior and individual mental well-being. I am also a certified PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) trainer, actively promoting safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace environments.
