Hi, I'm Richard, the driving force behind Learn Implement Share. Renowned for my knack for challenging the status quo, I thrive on exploring often-overlooked yet crucial questions. Foundations: With a rich background as an educator and change agent collaborator, I'm inspired by the intricate process of steering people towards meaningful workplace transformation. I specialise in addressing conscious and unconscious resistance to change, emphasising three critical elements: recognizing the need for change, dispelling misconceptions, and ensuring proposed changes make sense. My experience highlights the effectiveness of a Hybrid Approach, blending a Quality, Interactive, Self-Paced Online Experience (QISPOE) with live sessions tailored to diverse needs. Experience: Since 2009, I've created and facilitated numerous high-quality, long-term, self-paced courses totalling over 200 hours of content. Additionally, I've collaborated with consultants and educators, creating 300+ hours of course content for various projects. Current Focus: My current mission is collaborating with schools, business coaches, and subject matter experts to enhance their training by adding QISPOEs. Workplace Implementations - The Catalyst for Change: The Learn … Implement … Share mantra underscores the necessity for participants to regularly apply strategies from training in their workplace. A QISPOE is the ideal means to formalise ongoing implementations and reporting, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Education: Beyond collaborative, bespoke CPD with schools, we offer a range of quality, self-paced online courses, especially geared towards raising student agency, especially in mathematics education. Guarantee changes to teaching practice by requiring teachers to regularly implement strategies from the program and share their experiences.
