I have specialised in the Sustainability field and in the International Development sector for more than 8 years and lead the strategic development Fairtrade value chains. I am committed to helping organizations have a sustainable future. A professional senior manager with board level experience including organisational change management and strategy development and implementation. Proven abilities to build sustainable business practices for UK and International companies through to working with producers in developing countries to secure market access and sales. Extensive experience building senior level relationships with FMCG companies, Civil Society and NGO partners. I am a regular presenter and roundtable leader at industry events such as M&S's Plan A Conference, Rio +20 Sustainability Summit and at Sustainability Summits organised by the Ethical Corporation.
