I support organisations designing and facilitating change and developing new ways of working to better reflect the complexity of the modern work environment to help them navigate sustainably into the future.As we enter a time of seismic change, in business and society, I am passionate about helping organisations engage in purposeful work in a meaningful way. My approach is meeting clients uniquely where they are and engaging with them in seeing their system, what’s emerging and what’s wanting and needing to happen.I have worked with a number of large (FTSE) companies along with SMB’s, charities and governmental organisations such as Prudential, Zurich Insurance, Vodafone, Conwy, Denbighshire and Anglesey County Councils, Lloyd’s Banking Group, Rolls-Royce, Severn Trent, Maersk, BMJ and NCH. I have held senior roles in St. James’s Place Plc, KPMG Consulting and AXA Global Risks. I have a broad range of experiences having worked within organisations and as a consultant since the early 90's in many parts of the world. In 2008 I set up an independent consultant practice. Prior to setting up Caerus Consulting Ltd I was Head of Governance & Risk Management at St. James's Place Plc and before that Principal Consultant in KPMG's consulting practice.A member of the BSI committee BS 13500 Code of Practice for Delivering Effective Governance of Organisations and a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management. A visiting lecturer (Governance) at the University of London Birkbeck.I am trustee at the Resurgence Trust, on the Board of the UK Policy Governance Association and previous chair of trustees at UK charity Wynstones. I am also actively involved in Journeyman UK, a boys rites of passage and mentoring programme and the ManKind Project.
