I am a senior executive with over twenty-years of commercial leadership experience, across the financial services, consumer goods, retailing and manufacturing sectors. Focused on assisting organisations to deliver both strategic and operational results, through building quality relationships with business leaders across the organisation to ensure the delivery of commercial rigour and financial discipline. Transformed and developed teams to operate effectively in fast paced and changing environments. I have held a variety of commercial and corporate leadership roles at Coca Cola Amatil & Campbell Arnott’s, with responsibilities across Australia and New Zealand. These roles have allowed the development of a strong knowledge of the FMCG, retail and manufacturing sectors. Prior to this I was the CFO and Director of Pepper Financial Services where I built significant knowledge of financial services in a start up environment. My experience was focused on capital structuring, treasury / cash management, risk management and tax. During my tenure Pepper experienced rapid growth from less than 30 staff to a point where it had over 100 staff and a loan book of over $3.5 billion. I am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. I have an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of New South Wales. An individual that is passionate about fitness and wellbeing, with an interest in most sports.
