I have over ten years experience in sales, business development and customer relationship/service skills. I am a self-starter with a high degree of motivation and enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills. I have gained my experience in the property/building and consumer sectors, and currently working as a new homes sales consultant where I have excelled as the highest selling consultant in Victoria. • Experience – I worked as a Business Development Manager in the body corporate (Owners Corporation) industry where I prospected for new clients, mainly developers, in the Geelong and Western region. • Results – I grew the Geelong and Western region portfolio by approximately 370 commercial and residential lots in 2014-15, primarily as a result of my cold calls and networking skills. • Business acumen – I built my own body corporate business (Honey Owners Corporation Management) from the ground up, relying on my sales skills to gain clients. I developed and managed the daily operations of the business until it was successfully sold to a competitor in February 2013. • Customer Service Skills - My communication and customer service skills have been developed in the property industry, as well as client and consumer based roles over a number of years.
