The past 15+ years of career have been spent navigating a constantly shifting business terrain with three key elements as my guiding compass - data, technology, and, most importantly, human interactions. Drawing on a robust understanding of business process improvement, quality assurance testing, and Agile methodologies, my role as a senior business analyst has been a chronicle of analytical problem-solving, all to create alignment and meaning. Guiding teams through Scrum frameworks, shaping objectives through forecasting and planning, and incubating innovation through systems implementations, I’ve learned one important thing - it’s the details that matter, but not more than the big picture. In addition to technical skills, I have cultivated strong leadership and organizational abilities. Managing multiple diverse projects with competing deadlines has required a blend of strategic thinking, planning, and execution. And my expertise with tools like SQL, Crystal Reports, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office has certainly come in handy in this regard. But it’s my background in business analysis, vendor relationship management, and customer success that constitutes the foundation upon which I’ve built my business expertise. Each task, be it compiling reports or conducting tests, has been an effort to improve efficiency and accuracy, and drive meaningful collaborations.
