I am a Quantity Surveyor working within a civil engineering environment, supporting commercial management of subcontract works under NEC and FIDIC contracts.My background combines over 16 years of operational and commercial experience across industrial construction and infrastructure. I have progressed from site-based coordination and planning roles into full commercial responsibility, giving me a practical understanding of how projects perform both technically and financially.Alongside my role, I am completing a BSc Quantity Surveying Degree Apprenticeship at Sheffield Hallam University, strengthening my contractual and commercial capability within civil engineering and infrastructure.I am responsible for cost reporting, payment applications, subcontract administration, change management and commercial risk review across live projects. Working closely with directors and senior commercial leads, I am developing full accountability for project financial performance.I bring a site-aware mindset, clear communication and a structured commercial approach focused on cost control, risk mitigation and delivery certainty.
