Richard Brooks is a methodical and procedure driven investigative commander with a supreme eye for detail and deep experience in fraud, criminal investigations and forensic interviewing. Richard is a detail focused and systematic investigative professional with over 30 years of experience in civilian and military law enforcement, and investigations. Richard has over 20 years of insurance fraud investigations experience, specializing in SIU and Claims Investigations. Richard Brooks has conducted undercover operations, civil investigations, criminal investigations and insurance fraud investigations, which included but were not limited to, surveillance, SIU and claims matters.
