My name is Richard Chinedu Ilo, a graduate from the University Of East London where I studied Masters (M.Sc.) in Information Technology with Merit. I also Studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering in my first Degree with 2.1. Presently, I worked as an Application Administrator and Senior ServiceDesk/Support Officer at AB Microfinance Bank a subsidiary of Access Holding AG Berlin. I work under IT Operations where I provide IT support to all staff in Head Office and all branches remotely or physically while ensuring uptime in all branches. I also supports IT projects executed in the branches and the creation of procedures/processes for IT staff and Manages Incidence processes. Also, I support, manage and troubleshoot laptops, Desktops, tablets, phones and other systems with strong analytic, customer services and reporting skill. Moreover, My experiences consist of good project management methodologies for Information Technology development, good experience and knowledge of IP Networks, good knowledge of application development, VPN,VLAN,LAN and WAN Networking, MDM, good Knowledge of system and network architecture, Windows, Active Directory, good Knowledge of windows7/8/10, MS Office2010/2013/2016/365,Cisco Network Equipment’s, Remote access/troubleshooting, Working Knowledge of Office technology hardware and softwares, etc. I have a great desire for solving problems innovatively that will utilize my education and professional skill and offers room for further development. On the other hand, I have worked in industries where I interface with both technical and non-technical clients in a busy environment to ensure that their needs are resolved. Experience with the IT industries involved various IT duties in person and on phone, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line desktop and Network support, with Exchange server, Network printer, Active directory, E-mail setup, software application and Hardware queries. Also, I have hand-on experience in preventive maintenance on power stations and PC hardware with good project, planning, change and time management capabilities. In addition to this I have Obtained Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)-Active Directory, MS Office 365 administration, ITIL, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), ECDL professional certifications, and Cisco certification (CCNA & CCNP). I am an enthusiastic individual who works confidently, able to use own initiative, very good learner and listener, hardworking and drive to achieve excellence in the standard of work to be produced.
