Role included assisting Rig Site Supervisor/Installation Manager prioritising and delegating duties and responsibilities to NOV personnel as required ensuring all targets are met, Job site point of contact for customer, attending meetings and reviewing priorities, conducting and/or overseeing tool box talks, job safety analysis and task risk assessments as necessary, coordinating technical issue resolution within project, ensuring required reports/documentation are submitted and approved in timely manner for assigned NOV personnel. Liaising with Customers, Colleagues and Engineering groups within all NOV facilities; Reporting and updating of relevant documentation, engineering drawings, reports, parts lists and service logs; Monitoring and reporting on equipment quality and performance feedback via NOV communication channels
