I am an experienced A.P. and researcher, having worked within the media on a variety of TV and radio programmes. I have researched and helped to shape many stories told on television, online and on both network and local radio. I have highly-transferable multi-media skills that enable me to be a conscientious, creative and hard-working employee within the media industry. Key skills: the ability to spot strong stories and find excellent contributors, experience of directing PSC shoots with presenters and contributors, excellent self-shooting ability, video/audio editing skills, factual script-writing experience and online experience. In addition, I have taught camera and scripting skills to young people. I am trained in editorial, legal and compliance issues and completing risk-assessments; I am also able to write accurate and concise social-media copy and create posts. Most of my self-shooting experience has involved using the Canon XF305 and Canon C300 cameras.
