Recently Relocated To Louisiana - Licensed as LPC in Louisiana & Kentucky I have upper-level management and leadership experience in the mental health and business management fields. I hold master's degrees in mental health counseling (M.Ed.) and business (MBA), and am board certified as an independently licensed professional counselor (LPC). I have served as Program Director and Clinical Director with CARF-accredited, Medicaid credentialed, state certified BHSO/AODE addiction treatment facilities in Central Kentucky, where I have been responsible for overseeing clinical operations, training and developing direct-service staff, providing clinical supervision for behavioral health staff (including therapists, case managers, and peer support specialists), and maintaining multi-site compliance with regulatory, agency, and accreditation body requirements. My primary professional experience includes the following: • Overseeing mental health and addiction recovery program operations and delivery • Providing leadership, guidance and support for mental health treatment teams and staff • Managing CARF accreditation and BHSO/AODE certification and compliance • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements • Ensuring utilization and delivery of best clinical practices in all mental health services • Providing individual and group counseling services
