About Richard Clement

I am a content creator, brand manager, social media expert, Google aficionado and above all a writer and storyteller.I attended Creative Communications at Red River College. I graduated, with a specialization in Media Production, in May, 2020, right at the start of the pandemic.I started working with local businesses as a content creator. This gave me the opportunity to build both my portfolio and skillset. I made videos, built websites, maintained social media accounts and wrote blogs. In July of 2022 I landed at job at XiteBio Technologies Inc. A dynamic and innovative agricultural biotech company that produces crop inputs that are helping farmers to be more sustainable and use less chemical fertilizer while at the same time increasing yields and ROI.Working full time in a corporate communications position gave me the opportunity to take the skillset I had learned freelancing and apply it to a job where I had much longer timelines and greater budgets.I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to build an online presence and content marketing strategy for an established biotech company. On top of that we are doing work that I am proud to be a part of helping to ensure food security and protect the environment simultaneously. My personal favourite project is my Growing Possibilities Blogs and Vlogs where I take complex biotech subjects explained to me by our scientists and with an outsider's perspective transform them into short and fun educational videos that spread our message about Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria PGPR.
