By having this knowledge you will already be able to formulate a plan to develop them, to increase your ROI in them. The benefit of doing this is that they will become more effective in your business. EXAMPLE - If you pay someone £50k pa the CORE® tool will tell you what percentage of that salary is 'effective'.
