As the Director of Alliances and Policy at Andrew Davidson & Co, Inc, I leverage my PhD in Economics and over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry to create and use rigorous mortgage analytics, develop innovative policy solutions, and provide thought leadership and guidance to clients and stakeholders. I have published multiple articles in prestigious journals and spoken at various conferences and events on topics related to mortgage market structure, risk management, and policy reform. My core competencies include financial risk management, portfolio management, capital markets, and structured finance. I have extensive experience on all sides of the table, having worked as a servicing portfolio manager, a head of proprietary fixed-income analytics, and a managing director at different firms. This gives me a keen sense of how to manage risk and develop policy that balances the interests and needs of various parties.
