I am Head of MAN v FAT, which also operates MAN v FAT Football, the UK’s largest male only weight loss community. As of 2024 we’re 10 years old and have helped men lose over of excess weight. MAN v FAT is part of the Thrive Tribe group, all our strands provide innovative and values based Public Health provision. Previously in my role as Head of Growth & Innovation at Thrive Tribe my team spearheaded successful tenders and mobilisations of services such as Healthy Hearts and Thriving Workplaces. I also led the service model design and mobilisation of our acclaimed One You East Sussex service. I currently oversee all MAN v FAT programmes at home and abroad - including MAN v FAT Football, MAN v FAT Rugby and MAN v FAT Soccer in the USA. We have featured on Sky News, The Telegraph, The One Show, BBC One’s Sunday breakfast show and numerous other international news outlets. I started with Thrive Tribe ten years ago as a deliverer of smoking cessation, health trainer services and weight management programmes when we had just over 50 staff. We now have over 400 full time and sessional staff across the UK and continue to grow as one of the UK’s best healthy lifestyle providers. At MAN v FAT I manage our relationships partners such as The FA, Sport England and Gamble Aware as well as developing our relationships with professional EFL & EPL clubs. This has included Chelsea FC, Fulham FC, Crystal Palace & MK Dons. I am the founder and co-owner of Stadium Hoppers a unique business which boasts unique products such as scratch Football, Rugby League and Cricket maps as well as various games. More recently we have diversified to provide unique football experiences at clubs like KAA Gent in Belgium and Tromsø IL, the most northernly professional football club in the world. We also support charitable endeavours and partner with ‘Lost Footballs’ to raise money via a calendar in aid of Sporting Memories. I also founded and co-own Runaday - a unique running or walking based challenge where you commit to a daily distance for the course of your chosen month.
