About Richard Daniel

Higher education and the opportunities that it provides have profoundly shaped who I am, both personally and professionally. I am passionate about education and a true advocate for expanding access to educational opportunities that empower individuals, families, and communities. My work at College Success Arizona aims to bring the transformative opportunities that higher education has opened up for me to students from underserved and underrepresented communities in Arizona. All students, regardless of where they come from or who their parents are, deserve to have access to information, financial aid and academic support to make it through college and succeed in their chosen careers. Servant-leadership is at the heart of my work. Throughout my career, I have prioritized making a positive difference in my community and building teams that can maximize individual and organizational strengths for the benefit of those they serve.
