Creative individual who has a passion for music, marketing, sustainability, business innovation and all things digital. Working as a Marketing Executive at Pavilion Recruitment bringing marketing strategy, implementation and innovation. As a standalone role, it is my responsibility to expand and improve the current marketing mix of Pavilion Recruitment ensuring the best practise for all campaigns, content, copy, branding, automation and communication. Passed a Digital Marketing MSc at the University of Brighton with Distinction and was awarded the Fitz Digital award for ‘best digital marketing student’ at the School of Business & Law Awards. The mission during my previous role as Strategic Marketing & Business Innovation Project Manager was to expand into the B2C market via service innovation with a new painting and decorating service, upscaling the business by leveraging the B2B insurance repair business unit. I wrote a business plan, constructed marketing and communication plans, organised national campaigns with large media agencies, created content and wrote copy for campaigns, utilised project management tools, received specialist project management training, set KPI's and implemented sustainability accreditations.
