My career has focussed on building strong relationships with desired customers and expanding relationships within existing key accounts. This allows me to understand customers businesses, challenges and expectations and therefore design solutions to maximise business value for all parties. In a highly competitive environment, I create innovative and disruptive sales approaches that improve outcomes for my team. I have regularly demonstrated I can expand engagements in existing markets and open completely new markets for my employers. While consistently achieving very ambitious individual targets, I believe sales is by definition a team sport.
