About Richard Dawson

A people/development focused, dedicated and results driven senior executive Leader. I quite fancy the idea of being a paramedic, but fell in to the property industry in 2008 and since have developed and progressed to become successful at achieving fast paced, profitable business growth. In that time I have launched new businesses from concept and delivered rapid growth in established businesses, by implementing successful, research, sales, and product management strategies. I have seventeen years’ experience in the property rental & insurance sector and have a detailed knowledge of the industry, specialising in lettings and financial services. I have an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, business planning and the evidencing of future ROI capabilities of business projects. I take pride in my ability to build excellent collaborative relationships with both internal and external parties and have a very strong support network in both the property & Insurance industries. More importantly, I have made many friends, consulted with some excellent businesses and coincidingly been part of a phenomenal family, with three wonderful children, and a phenomenal wife (putting the working successes in to perspective)
