About Richard Elkowitz

I have been selling homes in the greater Houston area since 1981. While I specialize in the sale and listing of residential homes, I also have vast experience in the sale of multi-family housing along with a background in commercial sales and leasing. My motto is,"I treat every day in real estate as if it's the seventh game of the World Series." In other words, I feel responsible for the success of my clients every day of the week. As a result, I've been fortunate and honored to be named to the Houston Business Journals's list of top 25 Realtors almost every year since the Journal began its annual list. I have also been honored with being named to the Re/Max Hall of Fame. I have been certified as a "Luxury Home Marketing Specialist" as well as a "Certified Distressed Property Expert." Even more important to me, is my full-time day-to-day experience and knowledge working with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords for over 30 years. In other words, been there, done that. I work in all price ranges. Whether it's a condo or a $1 million estate, all my clients receive the same highest level of service offered in the industry today.
