At Mad Mobile, my contributions span both Business Analysis and Product Ownership. As a Business Analyst, I've been deeply involved in the Ralph Lauren project, where I've focused on delivering key enhancements to their mobile application. This includes implementing customer and associate sales metrics dashboards, pulling data from their third-party Oracle system, and implementing performance enhancements by updating and streamlining network calls. I also led the effort to add wireless receipt printing capabilities. As a Product Owner, I've focused on enhancing internal systems and facilitating seamless data transfers for new client integrations. This includes driving the integration of AI into our core app and contributing to the company's transition to a SaaS model. My background in compliance and IT support, coupled with expertise in SQL, Splunk, and Scrum, allows me to approach challenges with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
