I am a hands-on commercial leader and entrepreneur who thrives on driving myself and others to success.I work with businesses on a fractional basis to help them grow; whether that’s building sales structure, sharpening the proposition, or unlocking new revenue streams. If I can’t add real value, I’ll make that clear upfront so we don’t waste time.I have founded and run companies myself, including a recruitment agency and later Space32, where we redefined how teams think about flexible workspace. That experience means I understand both the founder’s mindset and the day-to-day realities of running a business.Now, I am the Commercial Lead for Chill Out! Event Management. We organise events for corporate organisations all over the world. I also partner with founders and management teams in hospitality, events and tech as a fractional commercial leader, focused on practical progress: clear strategy, smart recruitment, better structure and stronger sales.I get involved, make things happen, and help businesses move faster and with confidence. Ultimately, I am a people person who builds trust quickly and delivers results.Co-Founder at Space32, pioneers of the part-time fractional office concept, helping London businesses find the right workspace for their needs.Outside work, I’ve been a hands-on Trustee of Task Brasil Trust since 2012, supporting vulnerable children in Rio de Janeiro, and I am a marathon runner. Both define how I work: with purpose, stamina and ambition.
