About Richard Frank

I have 13 years of massage experience working with clients from all walks of life. Primarily focused on deep tissue and sports massage with myofascial release and energetic work heavily influencing my approach. That is complimented with extensive management experience with Equinox and previously. At Equinox I managed 4 different Spas with 4 different clubs. Each location that I managed showed dramatic improvement in results within 2 months or less of my arrival. My strengths are in driving the business and improving Spa awareness and value.Prior to working with Equinox in New York I ran the Street Operations team with the Los Angeles Homeless Services Coalition raising funds for the Los Angeles Youth Network with public outreach. We raised over $1 million during my tenure and opened up multiple new locations to canvass.I have learned that the key to a successful business is to make sure the right people are in place. With years of experience hiring and managing staff I know the only way to thrive is to make sure our people are happy and healthy and having fun!
