Whether it's guiding an employee through the steps of a parental leave, walking a customer through a system restore, or helping a new hire succeed on the call floor — I’m in my element when I’m supporting others with empathy and know-how. Over the years, I’ve built a unique skill set that bridges HR processes, technical troubleshooting, and employee/customer support. I’ve collaborated across departments like operations, training, and workforce planning to fix broken workflows, improve onboarding, and reduce confusion around policies and procedures. I’ve also worked directly with tools like ADP, Jira, Sales Force, Siebel, and Oracle, learning quickly and often without formal training, by digging into manuals, asking smart questions, and building resources for others along the way. I’m Apple-certified, experienced in LAN/WAN and system diagnostics, and have coached customers and team members alike through everything from escalation de-escalation to setting up secure backups. I enjoy being the calm in the storm — the person who can figure it out, explain it clearly, and make someone’s day easier in the process.
