About Richard Gruszewski

My grandfather immigrated to North America after World War II. He understood the importance of leaving a better life for your children. His simple message was “if I leave you “one penny” in inheritance, be sure that you leave your children “2 pennies.” I have been in the financial services industry since 2018. My focus is on the importance of retirement planning – not only through the individual planning process but also supporting businesses in implementing retirement plan solutions. I'm passionate in helping my clients develop a plan to work towards their financial goals. I provide comprehensive and innovative solutions to individuals, families, and business owners designed to help them protect their business, their employees, and their lifestyle. I specializes in retirement planning, wealth management, business retirement planning (401K, SEP, SIMPLE, IRA) Life Insurance (Term and Permanent) and Variable investment products. I've earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering from the University of Buffalo and received Graduate Certificates from Rochester Institute of Technology in Project Management, Systems Engineering and Supply Chain Management. I obtained the FINRA Series 7, 63, & 65 securities registrations as well as my Life, Health, & Variable Annuity licenses. Amy, my wife of over 20 years and I reside in Penfield, NY with their two children. My family loves to travel- traveling to new destinations, to experience new cuisine, music, and outdoor adventures. I am also active in local business chambers, to support small businesses through networking and strategies.
