About Richard Hausch

I am an IT professional who believes that the most important assets of a company are its people and its intellectual property. Team dynamics and cohesive working relationships are the drivers to successful endeavors and achieving company goals and I am a strong believer in helping every employee feel value and personal contribution for their actions. That is why for many years I led and developed teams that strove and went beyond what they think they could accomplish on their own to implement large projects for my organization. I am not only a team player possessing similar skills as the groups I've been part of, but a mentor, coach and intermediary for the business and sales teams helping to translate desired outcomes into realities while explaining the pros and cons that come with any potential solution. I also believe that data is very powerful and along with it insights into the strengths and untapped opportunities of a company as well as how its external customers perceive and wish to interact with that company. My experience includes data integration of backend ERP systems (SAP | iSeries) to customer-facing systems such as Salesforce, Hybris, EDI VANs, as well as common Business Analytics/ BI platforms. My project management experience includes negotiating vendor relationships, soliciting RFP proposals, and training. And unlike most IT professionals I do enjoy creating documentation to improve processes and ease user adoption.
