I am a currently a Business Systems Analyst who has many years experience covering the full Software Development Lifecycle using the Waterfall process. This has been gained mainly with Finance Based functionality and most recently in the Public Sector. I have a proven record of - pre-sales demonstrations - scoping implementations - implementing systems - business analysis - business process modelling - stakeholder management - systems analysis - defining requirements - writing functional specs - designing - development - testing of systems - user acceptance testing - UAT - training - post implementation support - migrations I am experienced in multiple areas of project documentation including User Requirements, Business Process Modelling, Functional Specs, Design Specs, Test Plans and Training Manuals. I have demonstrated success in delivering one-to-one consultancy services and stakeholder management through interviews, group presentations, and workshops. I have successfully integrated interfaces with other products both in and out of the products I have worked with. I have a solid Oracle and SQL knowledge as well as extensive experience of the Microsoft office suite (including Visio). I have fostered strong relationships and an excellent rapport with all of my clients many of whom have conveyed respect for my abilities with some being in writing. I have built credible internal relationships with both business and technical personnel. I have successfully delivered many migrations, transitioning both A to A migration and ‘As is/To be’ migration.
