Joined Aldermore in September 2016 as Collections Manager responsible for Commercial and Residential mortgage collections. Proven track record of delivering effective recovery and administration improvements and financial benefits with extensive project and people management experience with strong financial, written and analytical skills and ability to communicate at all levels. Previous experience working for one of the largest insurance brokers (BGL) in the UK, working with blue chip companies including M&S, Post Office, RAC, 02, Lloyds, and Zenith. Responsible for the management of a diverse range of suppliers, including Scottish Personal Injury, Financial Investment, Forensic Accountants, English Conflict PI, and Travel RTA Claims. Management of day to day service delivery, supplier reviews and audits, conduct risk and monthly score card development and reporting to key stakeholders. Preparation and evaluation of product tenders to drive product development, commercial value and drive increased product engagement.
