About Richard Howse

Here at BPP, we believe in building careers through education. I myself have over 14 years experience in the higher education space. Working with clients across the Legal, Accountancy, Financial Services and Corporate sectors, I have significant experience in consulting and understanding a range of clients learning and development needs. From technical, regulatory, soft and future skills (including technology, and data) I along with colleagues here at BPP, have helped design bespoke solutions ranging from short face to face interventions, through to multi module, global, blended programmes. Within the last 14 years I was a Business Development Manager, then Head of the Sales Team and latterly, was the Managing Director of the Professional Development Short Course division for over 4 years. Here we demonstrated an excellent track record in identifying, developing and implementing, innovative solutions that facilitated change and provided helped achieve clients business objectives.I'm now working on a new challenge assisting clients from within the Financial Services sector and Risk & Compliance departments from a wide range of sectors, to understand where training can help them grow as an organisation. Specifically, looking at how apprenticeships, professional qualifications and short courses can help to underpin recruitment, early careers, talent and growth strategies within those businesses. Please do reach out if I or anyone at BPP can help you in any way.
