A Corporate Finance leader with substantial experience in Corporate Treasury, On and Off-Balance Sheet Funding, Structured Debt, Liquidity and Capital Risk Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis. I have played a significant role in the successful completion of eight domestic and international transactions since joining Corporate Development in 2011. I have reviewed and analyzed more than 75 transactions which I presented to executive management. Analysis of opportunities generally includes the review and validation of assumptions relating to origination volumes, staffing, risk and credit, market economics, funding, capitalization, pricing, business restructuring, revenue and expense synergies, and integration. I managed several diverse teams of subject matter experts during the diligence and integration phase. My technology expertise includes advanced Excel, Visual Basic, Access, Bloomberg, INTEX desktop, and PeopleSoft GL. I am well-versed in SEC reporting, regulatory and compliance policies, and debt structuring. My most recent achievements in M&A include a $285MM disposition of the company's Mexican leasing platform, a €411MM acquisition of NACCO Rail Leasing in Europe, and integration planning for CIT's recent OneWest Bank acquisition.
