About Richard Jackson

As Director of Leonardo V. Academy in Prague, I have the privilege of leading a school that blends international ambition with Czech authenticity, preparing young people to thrive in a world that demands curiosity, compassion, and global competence. My work is guided by a simple belief: schools should be places where every student feels known, challenged, and inspired. At LVA, we combine bilingual excellence, internationally aligned pathways, and a values‑driven culture to create an environment where students grow not only academically, but as thoughtful, confident human beings. With experience across international schools and multicultural communities, I am committed to building learning environments that are inclusive, future‑focused, and deeply human. I work closely with teachers, families, and partners across Prague to ensure that our students benefit from both the richness of Czech culture and the opportunities of a global education. Above all, I believe that education should open doors, to ideas, to people, and to futures students may not yet imagine.
