As a lifelong student and athlete, I view business as a contact sport where, understanding the rules, keeping score and competing every day is a formula for success. My parents always taught me the value of hard work and discipline and I was encouraged to play sports to reinforce these values. My goal is to provide entrepreneurs with an environment to grow their Financial Services practice by also leveraging these principles with a company that values them, too. My expertise includes recruiting within the financial services industry, with the focus on attracting, hiring, and retaining outstanding individuals with strong business acumen and superlative organizational, analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
