I’m a Chartered Accountant with a background in systems accounting, tax and corporate advisory. In past roles I've enjoyed acting as a trusted financial advisor delivering on consulting and analytical work as part of a team, even more so when I saw how that enabled my managers and clients to deliver on their own goals. However over time I saw my career taking a more creative turn and decided that I’d much rather help build the software that I was using, so I changed lanes and retrained as a web developer.
