I find IT management exciting because the field is constantly changing. One of my greatest professional strengths has been my ability to solve business challenges with emerging and established technologies. As the IT Manager for Lippert Enterprise, Inc, I have implemented a secure and easy-to-use web portal system to improve customer interactions, introduced MS Dynamics Navision business software system to increase business agility and flexibility, and have accelerated our ability to solve business problems through implementation of AWS machine learning services. Highlights from previous roles include the following: · Built IT department from scratch, hiring six FTEs, creating strategic roadmaps, escalating issues appropriately, writing and executing test plans and cases, and orchestrating cross-functional teamwork to drive technology and infrastructure enhancements at Barbour Publishing; promoted from IT Director to VP, Information Services. · Designed, developed, and programmed mainframe applications in COBOL environment, network client applications using Access and VB, and corporate web intranet with web-based ISO document tracking system using SDLC frameworks as Programmer Analyst at Gradall Industries, Inc. I am a dynamic, customer-focused professional with balanced technical engineering and management skills. I believe some of my greatest strengths include my abilities to provide hands-on development leadership, communicate complex concepts in understandable terms for key stakeholders at all levels, and facilitate teamwork through structure and diligent oversight. I am a champion of customer-focused culture that supports individual as well as team achievement, and I’m passionate about utilizing Agile and SCRUM methodologies to deliver the full scope of high-quality projects on time and within budget.
