Commercially focused project manager with over 25 years of postgraduate experience, ranging from application developer, systems integration specialist to senior project manager. A PRINCE2 Practitioner and SAFe 6 Agilist with a keen eye for detail, digital transformation, mindful of dynamic business demands and strategic directives. Have worked within a wide variety of industries and sectors within Australia, Papua New Guinea and the UK. Experience has been predominantly obtained in reputable national and multinational organisations / business. This includes Transgrid & Ausgrid (Energy), Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Services, Inc.(Consulting), Transport for NSW(Government), Sydney Ports Corporation (Government), Oil Search Ltd (Resources), University of NSW (Research), AMP Ltd (Insurance) and Applied Materials Ltd (Semiconductor Technology). Last two contract roles held for 1.75 years are in energy sector with TransGrid & Ausgrid with a view to gaining exposure to technology enabling renewable projects. Recent projects included: Transgrid Projects ((T1)$8.7M budget PPM integrated SAAS 3 phase roll out,(T2) Business case & pilot for $5.2M Digital Workplace roll out (EUC Uplift, M365 Uplift and Windows 11 SOE roll out)) Ausgrid Projects ((A1)$7.9M for Middleware Migration programme replacing Tibco/Boomi with Azure integrated Services (A2)$2.9M 3 workstream program to migrate core business capability to scalable Azure based solution (A3) Initiate and plan $0.5M pilot to implement Asset Hazard Alarm Monitor and Maintenance solution): A mature temperament with ability to lead diverse teams, mentor key team members and communicate effectively across senior management, project stakeholder groups, business management, technical staff and end users of the project outcomes from diverse backgrounds to achieve agreed project objectives, goals and directives.
