My career has spanned multiple roles within Alltech Inc, where I've successfully managed diverse, high-impact projects that align with corporate strategies and foster innovation. Currently, as a Research Project Manager, I oversee the advancement of technical projects achieving their goals in alignment with global commercial and technical objectives.My background includes developing new health products for humans, animals, and crops, significantly increasing research output and revenue in the organisations I’ve worked. I have a strong track record of collaborating with academic institutions worldwide, leading cross-functional teams, and driving projects from conception to completion. I have lived and worked in Ireland, the USA and Switzerland which has provided me with international experience and a global mindset. I have collaborated cross-functionally with regulatory, quality, operations and applications departments to advance strategic goals. I have worked within GMP environments and have a strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles. Additionally, I serve as a Non-executive Board Member at Comfort Homecare, contributing to corporate governance and strategy.Key achievements include winning the Alltech Young Scientist Global Award, organizing and chairing tracks at international conferences, and contributing to peer-reviewed journals.
